Suite was great, beautiful views and wonderful staff . Breakfast in the room was delicious

The stand out feature for me were the staff - Fotis, Dimitris and Fliteri (hope I've spelt those right) were all amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing with a lovely balcony looking out across to Turkey. It was really nice that they would bring breakfast up to your room so you could enjoy it with a view. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen and bits and pieces. The location is also great. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 mins but the hotel is in a quiet location. It can get a bit windy though!

Not a lot to pick fault with. The options for lounging were a bit limited at the hotel although the beach is just over the road. Couldn't get the TV to work. Neither points made any difference to the enjoyment of our holiday

Late checkout facility, or lack of it. There is no complimentary late check out even when the suite is available, instead there is a charge of €150 for three hours or a full nights charge for longer than that. We spent 7 hours sitting in reception, during severe weather conditions, waiting for our late flight. No bathroom facilities, except a toilet on the 6th floor and no drinks offered during this time, had to ask for coffee and water. The only shower available to freshen up before departure was in the rooftop pool area. NOT IDEAL This may appear minor, but for one of the most expensive (over €3,000 for 7 nights B&B) 5* hotels in the area I had expected better. This has left me feeling very disillusioned and unhappy.
