I Remi Del Prione by Le 5 Terre La Spezia

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, kurze Wege zum Bahnhof, Hafen und Park. Viele empfehlenswerte Bars & Restaurants in ebenfalls kurzer Gehdistanz.

Pulito, personale professionale, posizione comoda vicina alla stazione e centro

Clean, beautiful refurbished.

Nothing

The location is great and easy to access from the main train station.

The place is located in a very old building with a specific smell of mildew and a small entrance to the property ( very narrow). Because we use the heating system, it gives us a terrible noise and was hard to keep the place warm overnight and have a good sleep. Bed's uncomfortable very old mattress you can feel the metal string out of it and the bedsheets with pen and stain marks ( feels like it was not changed from previous guests) Because of the old air conditioning outlets we have dust all over the place in the air of the room totally unhealthy. Not a good decision to stay here considering we was traveling with a 7 years old kid. Windows are not helping to keep some noise from the street and because location is right by the main bars and shops street you have a lot of noise. The price we pay with what we get is not a good match to consider recommending to others.
