NIce cosy room, small but comfy. The town is nice and the hotel is just in front of the beach. The terrace for breakfast was really nice.

I had booked sea side room and the property wrote a day before arrival to say there had been some problem, and that we had been changed to a town side room.

We stayed in December and didn’t realise everything would be closed, took a while to find somewhere open to eat.

Great location by the sea. On a small down-to-earth non-pretentious street with groceries, a few restaurants and businesses. Lots of space outdoors. Big wide long beech. Easy parking. Room was very basic but clean. The place was perfect for experiencing the beech for a few days. Restaurant downstairs was handy. Nice terrace towards the beech …with parking lot between.

There is no reception desk. It is self checkin. I prefer to have a face to talk to if needed.

No reception and VERY unhelpful telephone reception. Despite the booking, we received no SMS with a code to get in. They kept insisting that we must look for the SMS (in French - not a single word in English/Spanish/Catalan) despite the fact it had not arrived. Lots of time and call lost getting frustrated, but they simply hung up after a minute or so. There was a button for calling reception and also a phone number. Both simply hung up---hours not knowing what to do. Very very poor. If you're going to have no reception, at least have a functioning telephone service that doesnt just insist that the client is wrong (when I was not!) and refuses to listen.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to come and go via access door.

That cover photo sold the Oasis hotel for me but it’s not a true depiction. I requested a sea view and was advised that wouldn’t be an issue if available but they didn’t confirm it wasn’t. We had a noisy road below. I chose the hotel based on its beachfront location

I loved it, great little hotel

The hotel is 2 minutes away from the beach. The hotel terrace is a nice place to enjoy the free coffee. There are resteraunts and bakeries close to the hotel. It was really easy to get in contact with the staff even without a reception.

The double bed is actually two single beds and they're moving all the time when you move. The room was dirty (tables and floor) when we arrived and there was food and unfinished beverages in the fridge. It is very noisy at night. There is supposed to be a breakfast at the hotel but there's none. Quite pricey for what you get.
