The staff were really friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Likes the cofee shop that gave you place to buy snack and get some early morning cofee
The room I stayed in was right across from the restaurant and pool. Found the soundproofing was not great; I could hear every person walking past my room and the restaurant noise was quite loud. Luckily, the aircon noise did en up drowning it out

I only liked the location nothing else
Everything staff not friendly, room not value for money. Then after paying online using my card they told me they didn’t get payment and I had to pay again at the facility. And now I have to struggle with my bank to reverse the first transaction. Something I don’t experience with other hotels when I book via booking.com
