This is a homely quiet apartment in an authentic residential area of the city. Just a short walk to the bustling main pedestrian streets, with restaurants, coffee shops bars etc.
It was difficult to find. Our taxi let us off ‘near’ apartment location. But helpful residents showed us the way. Being a couple of steps below street level the apartment was a bit dark.

We were very pleased with our stay at the apartment. The location is simply excellent; cafes, restaurants, and attractions are all within a five-minute walk, making exploring the city very convenient. The apartment was very clean and pleasant to stay in. We were very pleased.
The only complaint is the hair dryer, it was very, very weak, which makes drying hair difficult

Fabulous location on the edge of old town. A stones throw from many restaurants and cafes. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Kolovare beach. Good communication from owner.
There is just one window for the bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom, this gave a lack of ventilation through the accommodation and a musky smell.
The mattress and pillows were not so comfortable and need replacing.

Excellent location, easy walk into old town,
Bars around corner were a little noisy but nothing too late

"Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig, mitten in der Altstadt. An der Ausstattung, der Kommunikation und der Sauberkeit gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln."
