Incredible property! We loved the pool, outdoor area and downstairs bedroom. The view over the island was beautiful, a really peaceful place to stay.

A bit difficult to enjoy dinner in the kitchen area as it was outdoors, there were lots of bugs and not enough light but breakfast and lunch were perfect given we had beautiful weather the whole trip.

Location is unique including the balcony with open kitchen. What an amazing view. Swimmingpool clean and great. Beds amazing. Air conditioning functioning perfect. Located close to Ypsos which was great for the teenagers.

Its truly related to the price / quality which suggests perfection which wasnt reality: Some stuff up for replacement ( for example kitchen equipment) and up for maintenance for example plateau swimmingpool, floor balcony etc. No real closet for clothing in bedroom groundfloor. Coverage summer chairs poor. Ugly couches and blue tent? Multiple times no water, seems summer issue island

The location was ideal for a short break. The villa had everything we needed to relax and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The pool was perfect and the view from upstairs was so special especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s conveniently located close to Ypsos but we would recommend renting a car as it is an isolated area. We also did a day trip to Paleokastritsa which was only 30 mins away so it’s a perfect base if you’re looking to do some sightseeing. The jacuzzi and the projector were a brilliant addition also. I thought this place might have been too good to be true when I first saw the listing but we were mistaken. 10/10 best break we have ever had. You will love this place.

We had a small issue with plumbing which was quickly fixed by the host.

Very nice views, lots of outdoor space. Outdoor furniture was comfortable. Peaceful location but easy access to local shops and restaurants. Big pool.

No welcome pack on arrival. So we arrived to nothing at all. Had we known we would have shopped. No staff at all to welcome us, to change sheets or towels, no cleaner, no one cleaned the pool, pool was a bit dirty with solid debris on the bottom. Outdoor kitchen was very poorly stocked with odd, cheep crockery and cutlery. Fridge tiny, freezer almost non existent. Cooker was unbelievably slow to cook anything. We cannot believe how much we paid to have such poor facilities in the kitchen and no staff at all to clean house, pool or give clean linen or towels. No staff on arrival or departure. We would not go back and could not recommend
