I have been there twice and we like the boutique style, gardens and location. The staff is friendly and welcoming, specially at the restaurant and pool bar.
Perhaps the beach towels could be bigger and more lush?

The property itself is beautiful, and the pool and restaurant staff were consistently warm, attentive, and a genuine highlight of our stay. Their kindness made the time with my son and my parents feel special.
Front desk staff verbally confirmed on multiple occasions that I’d been overcharged compared to their own rate, but across two nights and five requests, no one could provide anything in writing, nor did anyone offer to involve a supervisor despite seeing me visibly stressed with my young son. When I followed up with management afterward, I received a written response denying what their own staff had verbally confirmed multiple times — and one that didn’t match their own publicly listed rates. Subsequent emails asking for clarification went unanswered.

We love this hotel. It was our 2nd time there and we will be back again. Great place for kids and awesome price. Little drive down to an awesome beach!
We had some ants in our room but it’s Costa Rica that’s to be expected!

Die Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Pools nicht die saubersten. Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten.
