Big pool and lots of sun beds

Apartment was clean and spacious..Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool tables.lovely big swimming pool .Value for money..Comfortable stay.

Thought the pool bar was open ,It was disappointing to find out it was closed. Would have been more of an atmosphere if there was music and a bar area.,but we didn't mind at all.

Lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Kids loved playing on the pool table. Complex was very safe and quiet at night. Staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was very big. Big supermarket just across the road

Just returned from a week at these apartments and they were a great base for exploring the Costa Brava. Staff were really friendly and attentive and sorted out anything we needed efficiently. Ali was very helpful on reception and the cleaning/maintenance staff worked really hard to keep the pool area, apartments and public areas clean. Lots of French and Spanish guest of all ages. Plenty of sunbeds, good pool and relaxed feel to the apartments. Bonus was great supermarket right next door with everything we needed. 5 mins walk to nearest beach which was fantastic for a morning dip and super clean. Lots of restaurants in Blanes but our favourite was Sa Classic - pizza restaurant in beautiful old building. We were 2 families with had 5 teenagers with us who had a great holiday.

I booked a "Pool view apt", checked in without being told that I was not getting a Pool view. I only found out on going into the room. I complained immediately as the room I got was a noisy "city view". I was given a poor explanation about bring overbooked and that I would be given the next available pool view appartment.. The city view is very noisy at night with traffic and the Bin lorry emptying bins anytime from 11:45pm to 03:30am and you have no choice but to leave windows open when it is hot which is the very reason why I booked the Pool view. I never got the apartment change, I got refunded the difference but was made feel that they were doing me a favour. I booked for 3 people there were only towels for 2 and no sheets for the sofa bed. I asked twice on the evening of arrival and a further 2 times and eventually received all late afternoon on the day after arrival. The apartments badly need updating, one plug in the kitchen to operate kettle, toaster, microwave. The sink mixer tap was very loose on the verge of coming off. Bathroom was the worst, tiling around the bath discoloured and even worse was the non slip tiling in the bath. It was very dirty looking. The pool bar is non existent. I paid my €150 damage deposit by bank card and having left the apartment 24 hrs ago I am still awaiting return.

The time we were there it was too noisy. We could not sleep at night. Also Theo were smoking weed in the appartments, day and night. Also for a Family vacation no more!!!

Location near the sea, supermarket, bus station. Sufficient equipment.

Apartment had older equipment, the bathtub was so dirty/damaged that there had to be a rubber mat in it and we took shower in the flip-flops. During our stay there was an amusement park over the street making noise till 3 in the morning during weekend. No air condition.

We had an apartment with enough space for our family. We were lucky it was facing north east so it wasn't hot there during the day (no air conditioning available). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, sun beds were available. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach, close to the centre of the town (10 minutes walk). There's a free parking right next to the apartments (really a big one, it's full on weekends).

WiFi was slow and unstable and my kids were upset by that :-) We used mobile data instead.

What can we say? Everything was actually very good, it exceeded our expectations. We read before we booked some of the comments written by previous guests, most of them are quite good and reflect reality, but a few seem to be biased or extremely unfair. We enjoyed a great rest, we were treated like royalty by everyone, sunbathing by the pool was very pleasant, the apartment was big and comfortable, Wi-Fi was great and free, you can see that they take good care of the garden and flowers, all areas are very clean and you constantly see the cleaning staff checking everything. Very peaceful at night, we could even hear the crickets!

Apartaments require renovation, our had really very bad smell, low water pressure, poor wi-fi, our front door were hard to open (they were blocked on a floor in the middle), boiler was leaking (it was repaired quickly), no bed light(broken). Generally this was our second stay there (first in 2018) and we see the need for renovation.
