The apartment is in an old building within the wall of the old town, not far from the center, but it has a splendid view on the valley. Invaluable. The host is very nice and it is very interesting talking with him.

There are all the facilities in the kitchen, but it lacked of every kind of essential food (oil, sugar, and so on, there was only salt). So, if you would like to cook something, even for breakfast, you need to buy all. The apartment has a private parking, but driving n the old town is very difficult, so you must follow exactly the host's indications

Roberto was an incredible host, the streets of Montalcino are very difficult to drive through but Roberto saved the day and was extremely helpful and patient guiding us to his place. The apartment is amazing value and a great location, walking distance to absolutely everything. Its the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip, would highly recommend.

Wonderful location near the city center. Close to restaurants and wine shops, with a pleasant garden. Mrs. owner very nice and pleasant and helpful lady. Accommodation clean, communication seamless.

Somewhat outdated equipment - in the bathroom the hair dryer, which is old, cannot be taken in the hand, because the rubber handle is sticky with age, warm air does not blow. The TV was functional, but very outdated, the first time I saw Italian footballers playing on red grass. You couldn't look at her much. We were bothered by the absence of wi-fi.
