Like the Up experience and location is good
We have stayed here quite a few times but food was poor in the evening in terms of choice. Also wasn’t informed of a private event in the Up area so meant we were disturbed when they were working at 1am and again from 6am to get the area ready. It was right about our room.

Beautiful Hotel Pool are was fantastic with fresh pool towels every day.Lovely little Spa area next to Pool.Breakfast was amazing .

The style of the main entrance and the facilities were really good along with the location of the properly. The staff were all very nice
We requested a room on a ‘lower’ floor and were given an accessible room which we didn’t request.. The room was tired and the bathroom floor was dangerous when wet and it became very wet after showering. The lock on the room door was also insecure. Apparently we were meant to have a tote bag with items but didn’t receive one. Had we been staying for longer than 2 nights we would have requested a different room. We upgraded to the ‘Up’ package which was good
