Excellent breakfast and well maintained facilities. Friendly and helpful host.

Very friendly receptionist helped our group at check-in. She was a delight and gave us awesome dinner recommendations! There is a little area in the lobby to purchase drinks and snacks as well. The rooms we booked had a BEAUTIFUL mountain view from the balcony. A mini bottle of wine and candy to greet you in your room. Cozy feel, like “grandma’s house,” and very strong water pressure in the shower. Absolutely perfect location to walk around and explore Kobarid.
Where to check in was a little bit confusing at first. Went into the wrong building, even though that is where you see the sign from the road. Breakfast was decent but could have had more food ready for those coming in a little later. Our group did not get any ham & eggs.

The apartment, as well as the common areas, were spotless. In the apartment I walked around barefoot and didn't have to wash my feet before getting in to bed or before putting on my socks and shoes in the morning. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen amenities were fine, and it was close enough to the town to walk in for dinner and shopping.
The shower was a bit weird: The water pressure and temperature were very nice but there is no curtain so the water gets all over the whole bathroom floor. It's designed for this and it's easy to brush the water into the drain but the floor remains damp and a little slippery. Overall it's not a big deal, more just mildly inconvenient.

Squeaky clean apartment. The tiled floor and bathroom look new. Breakfast was superb especially the homemade jams, sausages and crepes. The location is excellent, next door to the famous world war 1 museum.
Nothing.

"Super Lage, große ruhige Zimmer, frisch renoviert, sogar mit Kühlschrank. Frühstück war toll mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Säften aus dem eigenen Obstgarten. Parkplatz direkt im Hof"
