Great location. Staff friendly.

To much odor of bed linen, towels and of cleaning product.

The location was great

The breakfast was the same as everywhere we went. No mini fridge in the room

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great and very convenient for exploring Lisbon, and the room was cleaned every day. Although the room was a little small, it was absolutely fine for us and had everything we needed.

My only small negative was the pillow. I personally prefer a very firm pillow, and I found the one provided far too soft. This is of course just personal preference.

Location was great for exploring the old city.

Bathtub didn't drain so ended up standing in 3 inches of water after a shower. The safe in our room was locked. We reported that at the front desk requesting that it be opened so we could reset the combination. This was never done so we didn't have a secure place to leave our valuables during our 5 day stay. We were not provided with information regarding where we could park our car in advance of our arrival. And for someone not familiar with the city, locating the entrance was not easy. Instructions and a photo of the parking lot entrance would have been helpful. The info regarding vehicle access to the hotel entrance which was provided was not accurate. We were told that vehicles could not stop in front of the hotel after 11 am. When we were checking out (at 7:30 am) we were advised that we would have to make our way to the main street with our luggage to be picked up by our driver.
