The room was fabulous. Very Clean and perfectly appointed with dishes, towels, blankets etc.

Just a small discrepancy with the airport shuttle. When I booked the room I was under the impression that they did airport shutttles, when in fact they help ARRANGE shuttles. This was an additional cost of $80.

friendly , but my room backed into a busy bar area so was very loud, air conditioning leaked and it was grotty in the room and twice the price what I would for a property like that

they didn’t tell me they don’t clean your room unless you ask for it so I went 6 days without getting any cleaning until a long term resident said that was the case. I’d recommend telling people at checking you have to request cleaning.

The most perfect location in Coco. The building is beautiful, and the pool is lovely. But the highlight is the staff. They (and the owner) are completely invested in making your stay extraordinary. With all the doors that open to the pool area, a family atmosphere happens. Very friendly, very safe feeling.

The new owner is currently doing renovations, so there are little things that come up, but they were dealt with promptly!

the location to the beach was great . The pool was good . the fridge worked well .

the bed was way to hard . there was no hot water . found a cockroach in kitchen cupboards . Staff was great very helpful . should have been better price for what we got .

The staff is kind and very friendly....its the staff and pool that makes this place awesome The 10 year old building looks like its 30 years old... much tlc is needed. A bit of new fresh paint would make this place a 4*. The balcony i really love...its very practical and private. Its perfect location for beach and restaurants. I highly recommend the cocopizza ... especially the pickle pizza and the vegetarian. 😀

Location was superb, quiet, friendly people, and safe.

We stayed at the corner room and there was no wifi in the room. The place was great but a bit pricey for the conditions. It was a pleasant stay over all.
