Affordable and reasonably comfortable. Good location near buses and metro. Good for short stays and they helpfully did a wash for us.
Room smelled quite musty and smoky. Bearable with windows open but then you cant use the aircon, although it's quite bright and loud anyway.
Unsure if we just missed the main entrance because there's no way we would have known that small unmarked door was the hotel if not for the staff who happened to meet us while entering. Maybe there's another way but we did a full circumnavigation when trying to find the hotel and couldn't see anything.

Comfortable room. Close to Samgori bus station so I could easily take the Marshrutka to Mestia in the early morning. The host is friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit difficult to find, but the host provided prompt assistance when I contacted her.
