location was good, large well set out. plenty of equipment in the kitchen, lovely shampoo/ conditioner soap hand cream ect Wi-Fi was fast. plenty of information about the island if needed ( we are from the island originally) smooth check in

beds were very uncomfortable, a real shame as nice bedding and bed room but beds were lumpy and old

it as very spacious and felt like home. No issues when we got there, straight in and was comfortable from the second we walked in. Very clean and all the amenities we needed for the weekend

Excellent service. Brilliant little extras were left for us. A fantastic location, and was like a home from home. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, fruit and cakes. Quiet location.

Doors to rooms wouldn't stay open. Dripping tap in kitchen. Blind in bedroom wouldn't go up very far and hook in wall loose which held blind in position.

Would of liked to book the ground floor apartment but it was not available

It was very clean

It got off to a bad start when the key to the apartment would not let me in which caused a problem with me and the owner which resulted in the police being called.On my first night there I made myself several cups of tea and became ill.I found out later that at least one of the milk pots was six months out of date!The bed base looked very dirty and the douvet was far to heavy for this time of year and there was no alternative bedding.Apart from that it was fine!

The communication with the hosts was super - before, during and after. Covid measures have been taken with great success. The kitchen is well equipped and was generously stocked with provisions for my arrival.

The property was well laid out, making best use of available space. We particularly liked the welcome bottle of "bubbly" and snacks - they were an unexpected treat! It's a quiet location a little bit away from the promenade, which we liked, and our host was a lovely lady, whom we finally met on the day of departure. We would definitely return!

Nice location, little treats, freebies and we’ll stocked kitchen. All you need really.

Unfortunately, everything was great apart from the smell (old house damp smell), probably from the old furniture and wallpaper, which made it very difficult to sleep properly. I would recommend bringing air freshener or Freebreeze. Everything else was perfect which is a shame.

Lovely and helpful owner. Went the extra mile to help us with a Z bed for extra accommodation. Good location for town and TT grandstand. Nice selection of biscuits and cakes to welcome us. We would stay again . Thanks Livia.

Needs a bit of TLC in places. Parking is on street with 2 hr limit during the week. This applies to most of the IOM though so not unusual to this property.

Good base for a holiday,,ten minutes walk to the beach and town centre and all shops Cafe's and bar's and the theater....

Parking only 2hours during the day ..
