櫃台人員服務態度非常好，地理位子離南海遊客中心很近，剛好我們一早的行程要在那報到，早餐非常豐盛，選擇非常多，比我們住過其他什麼三顆星四顆星五顆星的早餐還豐盛美味，很棒。

很可惜的是....我們一家五口，他們只有兩張雙人床的房型，沒家庭房，一晚沒法好好休息，爸爸後來免強到地上蓋外套睡，希望他們能規劃出一間家庭房。

Great airport pickup service: 5-star quality. Good service at reception. Clean and spacious room. Nice view of the harbour. Reasonable selection at breakfast.

Couldn't seem to regulate room temperature well. No matter what setting I put on the room a/c it stayed pretty cold. Apart from that, stay was excellent.

The hotel replied to my request for an earlier check-in with "it depends on the day". However, despite the low season, and low occupancy rate, when we arrived they said they don't allow early check-in. So, we left our luggage and went to explore and have lunch. After we had lunch, and our 6-year old daughter was tired, we sat in the foyer for an hour, until 3PM. No staff attended to us in any way. I feel that for an off-season day, with low occupancy, early check-in is not an outrageous request. Despite everything else being good, this gave me a negative impression. If your policy is "strictly no early check-in", then tell your customers.

The property is well located within a great view. We are vegetarians and they went out of their way to arrange for a suitable breakfast! Had a great time there.
