As already stated.

Location & Bar/Restaurant facilities and very friendly staff.

The Bed was uncomfortable and the undercover pillows were dirty when examined. There were only 4 x pillows available, no spare ones. The bathroom sink had a crack and there was dirt/grime within the actual crack. Clearly broken for quite some time.

A very clean, pleasant and hospitable place to stay right in the centre of Windsor.

Centrally located Above a very pleasant pub Extremely helpful staff

Lots of narrow stairs to get up to top floor. Not easy with big cases.

I enjoyed stay a short walk from the train station, River, castle and shopping.

The location within walking distance of the major sites of Windsor and Eton.

It’s a pity the kitchen was closed on the evenings I stayed.

After visiting London & Edinburgh, this was a great value! Only stayed one night but wish it was 2

Experience was smooth! Front desk and pub wait staff were very friendly. The outdoor patio looked awesome - I will have to visit again to enjoy the patio. It would have been especially nice if breakfast was offered since we had to depart early.

We had requested 2 rooms, one with one twins and one with two twins but ended up with 1 queen/regular (we managed)

Amazing stay. Hotel staff was on point. Loved our stay and experience. Thank you so much.

Location was perfect. A quaint pub and inn in a quaint area.

The beds were a tad springy but slept well. However we were there for the beauty of the area and all it has to offer.

Fantastic location. Great pub and staff.

Loved the location. Hotel was fantastic ,Great staff 👍. Near so many restaurants cafes . The castle 10 min walk. Lovely river close. Staff very friendly and welcoming 😊. Very impressed with family room. And saw planes out the window!

Welcoming staff, great location, good value. Staff made a point of making sure I was oriented and checked in with me about my trip.

At booking, it looked like breakfast would be offered at The George. There was no breakfast. (It was easy enough to find breakfast nearby - while it would have been easier at the inn, that's not a reason not to book.)

Dirty.

We checked out a night earlier it was that bad. Couldn’t find any staff to tell them, messaged on here to advise and I’m yet to receive a message back! Dirty towels, dirty bathroom, LOUD.

Very clean and well presented room. Every member of staff we met, were very pleasant and helpful

The shower pressure was very poor, and bathroom could be nicer, and mattress not at all comfortable.

Bed sheets were dirty and full of woman hair (I am bald so definitely this wasn't my hair). I had to turn the bed cover upside down in order to be able to sleep. Also the floor was dirty (not hoovered)

It’s not the Ritz but it has character.

The property is full of character, is very well aged and ideally situated.

Unfortunately the room we had was right next to the air conditioning for the beer cellar. This meant that the room sounded like a aircraft engine all night which meant no sleep.
