Location near exit to Adelaide; close access to public transport, supermarket, grog shop and restaurants. Good and clean showers and toilet

Scraped my left exterior mirror off entering parking spot too close to stairwell; poor condition of some of the power points -- plugs fell out. Not enough available power points; nearly all of them were occupied by fridge, microwave, TV, etc. Staff didn't empty my rubbish bin or clean the room for 3 days, even though I left a sign on the door asking for it to be done.

aircon was a bit of noisy.

The motel room was well stocked, clean with washing up liquid too. We were in a back unit so pretty quiet.

We had a problem with connecting with the TV channels ans the internet connection. A man came to help but still a few issues with it.

Shower grout was dirty Stairwell light floodlit the room Power went out after hours but some radom dude in the next room fixed it. No instructions in the room of who to call for problems. Random dude next door had door open and smoked leaving a smoky smell in the room. Room was not serviced at all untill 5th day

The manager was very accommodating and helpful.

They staff were exceptionally helpful both in person and via all contact forms. They were always happy to help in every way. The complimentary coffee was also really good quality which always make a difference. Will definitely be staying here again. Easy to get to and easy parking.

Everything was good.

very clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable and we slept really well. staff were helpful and accommodating and check in was very simple.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to them. The room was spacious and had the right size to party if we wanted to.
