Super conveninet location for the Happo One slopes, the shops and local resturants and food trucks. Walk to evertthing, as well as the pick up points for the free bus to other resorts. A nourishing and varied breakfast is included in room rate, and there is a Resturant for dinner options., and te Refuel Bar downstairs. In house onsen is very clean and great to soothe the muscles after a days skiing.
Whilst the rooms are comfortable, the decor and furnisings do need an update but there is an old world charm about it.

The location and staff were great. The breakfast was nice. The breakfast area is a restaurant by night and the food was amazing and very tasty.
Its is very old, even the decore.. It is in severe need of a complete renovation, the furniture was old and dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. I didn't think it was worth what we paid, it advertises as a 3 star but 1 or 2 would be more accurate.
