It was a big and comfortable apartment, with all necessary things inside. The location was incredible, on the heart of the old city, steps from the Domo.
The only minus was the third floor by stairs. Every other thing was excellent.

Amazing place in a great location - with 4 air conditioners, and one in each bedroom which was amazing!

The location was unbeatable — we could walk everywhere in Florence. The air conditioning was excellent (a lifesaver in the June heat) and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Our host was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful — he booked us a taxi to the train station, check-in was easy, and he even let us store our bags at his store down the road until the apartment was ready. Overall a clean, comfortable home base for our four-night stay.
A few small things would take this from a 7 to a 9: we were only given one towel per person for four nights, which gets old fast when you're showering multiple times a day in the summer heat. There's also no shelf or ledge in the shower for toiletries — a minor thing, but in a small bathroom, even one little ledge would make a world of difference. Note it's a walk-up, but that's not a big deal if you know going in.
