Very beautiful place, staff friendly, breakfast is full and delicious.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, very warm attitude. There is nothing better than sitting by the lake and enjoying the view. Comfortable for visiting with children.

Not the most comfortable rooms. In my opinion, there is not enough carpet on the floor, which would add comfort. Pictures on the walls and other decor.

This is a very family friendly complex, with beautiful access to Lake Sevan, with its beautiful mountain views and gorgeous sunrises! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making the whole experience both friendly and welcoming. I would like to specifically add that all of the employees made be feel at home and very well taken care of. I wish to acknowledge specifically the very considerate and helpful assistance throughout my stay by Taron, a very genuine, helpful, attentive and welcoming individual who always went out of his way to ensure that my stay was excellent!

The breakfast and the food in general is fantastic, the location and the view is wonderfull. We visited the hotel not in a high season, so it was almost empty and beautiful. All the staff was very nice and welcoming.

reception couldn’t speak English and i always use google translate for communication. they only speak Armenian and Russian!

The location is good, very beautiful and quiet.

Breakfast was very poor and the room was not ad clean as I expect.

I enjoyed all aspects of the trip. The facility, the room, the view, the friendly staff, the food. Everything was lovely, wish we could stay longer.

No complaints, It would be a nice bonus if the pool had a heating system.

Silence and the view. Go out and have a walk or run, do exercise. The Swimming pool is great. Allnall It was nice and refreshing.

It could have had even more facilities and entertainment sections. For a person who wants to just relax and enjoy the view is a pretty good place.

They were sympathetic to our requests and always promptly responded if necessary. In addition, we were always happy to communicate with the organizers with great pleasure and great interest. The beds were confortable

Lots of insects especially in the rooms. Garbage bins around the grounds were very dirty. And a dog that belongs to the complex or one of the workers bit my mother and tore my dress.

View and people were great. Nice pool and very good food in the restaurant.

A bit too high price for that standard.

A little work need to be done on the bathroom ventilation. In the evening the WiFi sometimes doesn’t work.

Staff did not speak english.breakfast was the same everyday. Few entertainment facilities .lots of spiders and bugs :)

Beautiful place, amazing view, big rooms and wonderful restaurant. Room has mini kitchen, and you can even cook by yourself (but I strongly recommend to eat in the restaurant!). Food is very delicious and staff in restaurant make your visit incredible. Thanks you for taking care your guest and enjoying your work!

Hope they will build proper road to the hotel from main road. Great to add hair dryer to the room.
