Akut tågförsening gjorde att jag inte kunde checka in på kvällen utan anlände först på förmiddagen nästa dag. Fick boka av min vistelse, men ingen återbetalning ingick med så sen avbokning. Hotellet återkom dock och erbjöd mig att ändå komma till hotellet på morgonen och få tillgång till ett rum för duschning, förvaring av packning och möjligheten att få sova ut under dagen fram tlll kvällen när min resa skulle fortsätta enligt plan. Allt utan någon extra kostnad! Sena eftermiddagen tillbringade jag i Brindisis fina hamnkvarter och den fantastiska restaurangen Betty Café! En olycksalig försening vändes till en fin vistelse på Executive Inn Boutique Hotel och den charmiga staden Brindisi! Tack för ert initiativ!

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, parking garage nearby, good size room with nice bathroom and comfy beds.

Everything - Absolutely recommend! Location: The hotel is located in the center next to the Main Street, Sites & best restaurants. Yet escapes the noises as the street are busy at night. I didn’t hear a thing. The hotel is modern, very clean with an elevator (not commun in IT) and air conditioning. Rooms: I really enjoyed the complete and minimalist room: confortable and clean to dot. (they offer a pillow service), shower is big with a nice water pressure. Everything you need. Staff: Exceptional! Professional, Charming & knowledgeable; provided excellent recommendations(Gabriela). Received qualitative information for my visit around Brindisi and other cities in Puglia. The last morning, I had overslept and missed the breakfast hours, Annamaria arranged for me to receive a cappuccino and *warm* cornetto… They are really going the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.
