Access was very confusing. Our driver dropped us off at a garage entrance. No signage. There’s a small grocery store next to the garage and a worker there said go into the garage and head to the right. Again no signage, very dark. Stressful way to try to find the reception area. We had two other couples staying there and met them at the grocery store so they could be guided to the entrance. The reception people were great, we loved the apartment and area. The coastal promenade is breathtaking. Very easy taking the bus to and from old town, which is free if you get the Dubrovnik pass (very worthwhile).
It’d be nice if there was a small gym. There’s a beautiful resort hotel almost adjacent that offers a swim pass (two magnificent warm swimming pools) for just 15 Euro.

Het was lekker ruim en het personeel maakt echt goed schoon.
We zaten precies boven het café en een shisha-lounge. Om 7:00 uur begon het al met de muziek en mensen tot 0:00 uur, dag in dag uit. De ramen isoleerden wel, maar je kunt niet rustig met ramen open slapen. De afzuigkap werkte niet en toen we dit melden zou er een monteur komen, die nooit kwam.

Good value for money in Dubrovnik. One of the best locations in Lapad, with easy bus access to the Old Town. All facilities are at its doorstep, supermarket, cinema, bakery, shops, restaurants... Very good customer service, always available. Beach is right in front of it, as is the beautiful forest park, Velika and Mala Petka. Can't go wrong with it. Plus, it has its own free parking, which is a bonus in Dubrovnik.

Very spacious apartment. Great open spaces and beautiful balconies.
Complete kitchen.
Difficult to find the room. Even after we were shown from the staff.
Virtually impossible to let anyone in, from our group, once some of us were inside.

It is convenient to access the Old Town by bus number 4, and it is a place close to returning the Uni-Rental car. There are several marts in the building that are good for shopping.

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. The hosts were excellent and very helpful. The location is great, only 15 minutes from the Old city.

Hosts, rooms, the most wonderful view on the beach and the sea. I'll come again and stay few days more, for sure :)

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very polite and kind. The location and the facilities are outstanding. Near is everything you need including the bus station. It exceeded our expectations. We will be back again.

We liked everything from location to facilities to the connectivity and the apartment is super amazing!
It's cleaned everyday and you find all what you need at a stone throwaway distance.
Even in winters we had several options to keep usand our kids entertained :)
The washing machine in the apartment was little weird but we were immediately given an option to use the common washing machine so we were fine.

The proximity of the beach, the appartement was spacious as well. Cleaning was done every two days. Direct bus route to the old city next to residence.

Great location opposite sunset beach, close to loads of restaurants. Supermarket, cafes, bakery, cinema, hairdresser and gym were all downstairs. Bus to Old Town was across the street.
Apartment was huge! Very clean and modern with great view. Staff were great and very helpful upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This app located just perfect: 3m from the beach (just cross a unbusy road), supermarket in a nearest building (50 meters from the main door, Free parking is also near the main doors.
Host is very helpful, she met us and showed the parking and app.
All was clear and fresh.
Kitchen is good for cooking and has stunning sea view!
Next time in Dubrovnik with family we will take this app for sure

Surrounding area Is a bit noisy.
Air conditioning was not working in the entire apartment, Temperature was very high inside.

The apartment is very spacious and bright and has a fantastic terrace. The location is great as the bus 4 stops just in front of the apartment every 15 minutes and this bus takes you straight to the old town. In the complex there is a very good supermarket and a bakery and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. They recomended us some restaurants and provided us with free beach towels. We also booked a parking space (included in the price of the apartment).
The double bed was poorly, in the middle of the left bed it sinks completely. When I checked it the next morning I noticed some of the wooden supports were missing. For an apartment which we paid 546€ for 2 nights this is not correct.
There are also not enough kitchen utensils. We didn´t have any knifes at all (only a big one to cut bread ) and only 2 coffee spoons.
The maintanance staff should take a closer look at everything and report and repair defects. When the cleaning lady brought us some knifes she pointed out that we had a big knife. This was a very strange reaction :(
