One Shot Colón

We had a wonderful stay at Numa Madrid Fuencarral. The location was the highlight—right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities. We were really pleased with everything, especially the cleanliness and the fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely spacious and clean rooms. The staff were all really friendly.

The water pressure wasn’t brilliant and the lift did break during our stay but was swiftly resolved.

Fantastic location in the heart of Colon across the road from the metro stop and close walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Beds comfiest I have had whilst staying in Spain. Fantastic rooms, spacious, brilliant air con, amazing shower and everything you would need for a long weekend in the city. Staff were all very friendly and helpful in particular the young gentleman who helped me locate my wallet when I left it in a taxi - he organised for the driver to come back and give me it to me. I didn’t get his name, he was working around 7:30pm on the 30th August - if the hotel gets this feedback, please give him a massive thank you from me. Back drop before/after check in is very much appreciated. Anything asked at the desk more than happy to help and resolved when I had a charge even though I purchased my own items from the Mercado to put in the fridge.

The bed frames are a little sharp on the edges and myself and my father in law did on occasion catch ourselves on the metal so it’s just one to keep an eye on.

Good location.

Too small room with not enough light. Power went off a few times. Elevator sometimes not working (we were on the 7th floor). Poor breakfast.
