Brilliant location, had everything you could need close by and perfect for a group of people or a family! The other residents in the building were also very welcome and kind ☺️

Spacious apartment for France and we had everything you need for self catering. Nespresso machine was the bonus. Its quite apt block with lift. Great host very helpful.
In good location 15min walk from sea and 5min walk from tram st from airport and shops.
The window in front bedrooms are very low and families with small kids have to be very careful as they could fall out. My biggest issue was cockroaches I found dead and alive. We did address it with the agent and apparently it is common in Nice. I had to clean both to ensure everything was clean. We did get refund for the cleaning.
