Kimberley Club Guesthouse

Room was really nice. Well appointed and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful and generally very attentive Breakfast was decent and value for money.

Dinner menu was a bit over priced The area the Kimberly Clun is in is not the greatest part of town. The venue is used by many for photos for MD etc which made the place feel a bit chaotic at times. Security was a bit of a challenge at times due to people coming and going

It was good to see the years and years of history, wish they could keep it all together, but just at another location.

The location…!! It was so noisy, right through the night… a Pub, just across the street, playing terrible music right out of hell…!!

Historical memorabilia and heritage

The Booking.com address! Wrong number which takes you straight into the taxi tank. Very scarey at month end

The hotel is old and has alot of history which is what we wanted to experience and I believe that was achieved.

The property is pretty run down and lacking basic up keep (painting, fans, aircons etc) Also and unfortunately due to the times the area around the hotel has gone backwards with alot of night clubs and noise at night - this should be diclosed up front to manage guest experience. We booked a more expensive room with a balcony and unfortunately this is right on the night clubs - due to noise and the fact aircons and fans werent working we had to move rooms. We were also not offered any assistance to move rooms.
