The host is very kind and friendly. The apartment is well located, close to all important places. many supermarkets inside the complex. walking distance from Forum Almaty, which is a big plus. close to bus stations. all in all a very convenient experience.
shower cabin needs renovation. no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the reception. I used the extra mattress provided and slept the entire stay in the reception just below the AC. the AC has a disturbing ticking sound that starts only after 2 am!
water heating is not the best, it's a central system though.
