We found this property very convenient for all amenities, close to shops, bars, beaches, we were in apartment 16 very clean, comfortable, all Items included and more if you were self catering, we were All Inclusive and yes you can say the food was a little repetitive but not sure what people expect, there was something different to choose from each day, lots of fresh healthy salad, and fruit. There nothing not to like about the complex, pool was clean gardens well maintained, team on reception super lovely, and most of team in bars were lovely, I’d agree with some comments about team in restaurant they were seemingly more pleasant with Spanish speaking but can’t say they were rude we always cleaned our table after eating which is our thing to do, but found this to be more of a gripe to the team - it can be a little loud in main restaurant but you can sit outside in the nice weather or move into the other restaurant for a quieter experience. In short this complex offers super value for money, the team overall are very helpful, I genuinely don’t know what people can find to moan about. My only advice as my partner is disabled some of the areas could be more accessible friendly, some of the ramps are a little steep back into the building if you are a wheelchair user and I don’t know if there is a hoist for pool as didn’t enquire but if not it would make a super helpful addition

Lovely room , comfortable and spacious and great pool facilities . Reception staff were helpful and friendly and good choice of food options , restaurant was clean

The toilets near the restaurant and near the pool did not have towels to dry hands at any point during our stay Bar staff were not very friendly

Our second stay here with a studio suite plus all inclusive in the hotel. It’s so relaxing and well located, close to beach and airport. Not that we went far.

There’s nothing not to like, only that we could have stayed longer
