Loved the modern design and space. Fantastic location in city centre and a short walk from train station. Comfortable sofa bed which was a huge plus that was easy to get out and put away. Smooth check in by code. Bags could be left at main office upon check out so you can enjoy your day.

Amazing location and nice facilities in the room so we could have breakfast there. The keyless entry system was very convenient. It was nice to have a lift to carry our luggage and stairs were available too.
The wifi was terrible, there was a repeater in the room but the problem was the main wifi kept cutting out. I was forced to pay for roaming fees on my overseas mobile phone network. However, the host did provide us a mobile wifi adapter which we were able to use on our final day, which I appreciate.

Everything was perfect. Except that WiFi did not work at all and the Service line was always occupied.
WiFi did not work and parking was not easy. But parking is always difficult in bolzano!

Location was good, in the middle of the old town. The room was very clean and satisfied with the amenities.

Lovely centrally located apartment with plenty of space for family of 5. All amenities provided including a washing machine! Easy walking distance to train station & to all sites in this beautiful town. Check in was okay - with a keyless code system, although it was a little difficult to find the front door in the little shopping alleyway. This was the most expensive accommodation we had in a month long stay all around the north of Italy, it is a beautiful & expensive town and we were there for Christmas though, so I guess to be expected.
The lift/elevator has to be the slowest and least comfortable one in all of Italy. We were on the 3rd floor I think and ended up carrying all our luggage and everything else up and down the stairs. We tested it with one suitcase in the lift, walked at a slow pace up the stairs and still managed to beat the lift! The pillows on the otherwise lovely beds & other linen are terrible - blocks of concrete would have probably been softer. We ended up using our puffer coats in pillowcases as pillows - LOL

I would be more precise with the location, we had some trouble to find the apartment. I suggest giving the Tivoli restaurant’s address…

Beautiful apartment - large, comfortable, great shower, excellent location. Even though there was a cafe one floor under us, the sound-proofing was excellent and we couldn't hear anything. It was a wonderful base for exploring Bolzano. Excellent and fast responses both through the booking assistant and phone.
Diretions were a little confusing and we initially went to the street address rather than the address in the shopping mall. Perhaps the instructions could be reversed - give the Via Dr. Streiter 18 address as the place to go and indicate the apartment entrance is across the street. Once we went there, which was listed 2nd on instructions, the Tivoli Apartments location was very clear. Google Maps had trouble finding Galleria Vintler 1 and took us to Via Vintler 1.
It would have been nice to have one of the simple maps of Bolzano in the apartment rather than having to chase it down at the TI which wasn't very convenient and behind some construction.

The apartment was large, clean and very comfortable! There was even an espresso machine with pods, which I appreciated.
It was difficult to find, but that could have been because we were tired and each street in Bolzano seems to have two names. That has nothing to do with the property. If the City of Bolzano allows better signage on the street that would be helpful.
