Perfect location, easy access to bus and tram.
Staff is very sweet.
When we asked for a clean towel they told us no. One towel per 4 days.
Bathroom was not inside the room but next to the dining area. This makes it sometimes awkward in the morning to go to the bathroom.

Communication with owner was great. Thank you for the help and quick responses. Common kitchen was nicely stocked with pastries, coffee and tea.
Bathroom vanity light and sockets were not working. Shower went hot and cold and the shower head is broken. Unfortunately no refresh of linen during stay. Lock of the front door is hard to unlock with given key.
