Ho soggiornato di recente in questo appartamento a Laganas e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale è la proprietaria Denise: una persona magnifica, di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità rare da trovare. È stata super accogliente e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza fin dal primo momento, facendoci sentire subito come a casa. L'appartamento è fantastico: pulito, curato nei dettagli, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e esattamente come appare nelle foto (se non meglio!). La posizione è un altro punto di forza notevole: vicinissima a tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante il soggiorno, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza serena e indimenticabile a Zante. Un ringraziamento speciale di cuore alla proprietaria Denise per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Bardzo blisko do głównej części miasteczka, a jednocześnie na tyle cicho i spokojnie, by nie dochodziły nas hałasy imprez. Było bardzo czysto, dokładne sprzątanie codziennie. Właścicielka serdecznie nas przywitała (była przesympatyczna), a podczas check-out’u pozwoliła nam zostać 2h dłużej, co było bardzo pomocne, bo dzięki temu nie musieliśmy czekać długo na lotnisku. Jeszcze raz serdecznie dziękujemy 🩷

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so comfortable and relaxing, with great air conditioning, an extra fan, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water. The apartment really felt like a home away from home. The lady who runs the apartments and her son were both so kind and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the taxi being arranged for us for our journey home, such a thoughtful touch. Everything was lovely and we would definitely come back.

The only thing we felt could be improved was some of the outdoor furniture. The garden furniture outside our apartment was quite tired, with one of arms on the chair broken, and the two sun loungers were unfortunately too damaged to use. We would have loved to spend some time relaxing in the sun, so replacing or updating these would make an already lovely stay even better.

The property is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, located in a quiet area, but conveniently less than 10 minutes walk to the central street (for those who like nightlife) and the largest and probably the best beach on the island. The apartment is good, spacious and pleasantly designed, with all conveniences, kitchen facilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, regularly cleaned. The garden area is perfect to have a breakfast in the morning or have a barbeque in the evening. Great for families with kids and couples. There are is a local food shop literally round the corner. The Little Farm for children and adult animal lovers and The Akropolis restaurant for food lovers are also yards away. The host, Denise, is a wonderful and friendly person. She was very helpful and made sure we were 100% comfortable. Her warm hospitality made us really feel at home. A complimentary watermelon from a local farm came as a nice and delicious :-) surprise.
