The location of this villa is absolutely perfect. Steps from the ocean and a pool around the corner. Restaurants close, a little store to get a few things, a couple of bars to have a drink on the beach…..was perfect.
The kitchen could benefit from being a little more stocked (no baking sheet) but otherwise was great to have a kitchen to be able to feed the kids.
Biggest concern was no coverage on the window in that shower, I am a fairly tall girl and was extremely uncomfortable showing. Even had to shower in the dark so no one could see me which posed some challenges.
Overall the view wins!!!

This is a very nice villa within the complex. It's seconds from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars the views of the garden and beach are great. the unit is a bit dated but clean and functional. Daily housekeeping is a bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As mentioned, the uncovered bathroom window is a bit awkward. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots/pans/dishes but there was nothing for basic cooking needs ( salt, pepper, oil, etc). there were coffee filters and dish soap. We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. Rented a car to visit other beaches and restaurants and grocery is close by. No issues with parking. Loved the complex and beach. Loved the island!

I was skeptical when the location to the beach was mentioned as being only 40 step. If anything they've under sold it, the villa is right by the beach, it's comfortable, practical and everything you need. Great access to pool, beach, sea and resort amenities.

It's hard to criticise this property; sea front (LOVELY), pool (Lovely), late checkout (a GODSEND and THANK YOU!!!), wifi (excellent), overall accommodation (very clean and well equipped), dining (right next door and very tasty).
We did have a couple niggles ... 1) bathroom window needs some sort of blind, feel very exposed when showering! 2) Not property's fault but I found Sandles next door to be noisy and irritating 3) need blackout curtains, one could almost read a newspaper without turning a lamp on it's so light 4) could not get into villa until 5:30 waiting on the cleaners (mind you, late checkout negates this inconvenience).
These niggles are not much more than minor irritants and a matter of one's tastes. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were to return to the island. Thank you VERY MUCH, I'm missing it already and its only been 2 days!
PS A car rental is highly recommended unless you plan to stay on site the whole time, but be warned ... parking is very limited and taxis take up a lot of the spaces.

A wonderful stay from every single aspect.
The property had everything we needed and was a stones throw from a beautiful beach. The complex has security, a shop, a pool and lots of sun beds and shade dotted around.
The location was excellent with a handful of bars and restaurants close by. About a 90 minute walk from the centre of St John’s.
Communication with Martina was brilliant and check in super easy.
Everything was perfect for us and we’ll definitely be back as soon as we can. In fact I think we might become regulars.

Truly amazing location, one of the best beaches on the island. Literally a 35 second walk to the beach. We rented a car and traveled to several others. Two good-sized markets were nearby, but the car park could get full depending on the day and time. Plenty of cookware available, and you can rent a BBQ at the office if you choose. Nice oven, stove, fridge, and freezer, plus good closet space. The only thing I would request is a king or queen sized bed, that was a pain for the two of us to sleep on a twin for our 25th anniversary trip. Also the big, open windows in the shower are awkward as they look out to other units.

This our third time in this property. The location is perfect and everything is as described. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. Perfect property for a low key beach vacation with multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Great location. Unit could be upgraded. Bathroom and kitchen old but adequate. Refrig froze most of our food even at the lowest setting. Daily maid service was a plus. Beautiful Island.

This is a great property!! Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio - The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all necessary item to prepare a meal. You can't go wrong with this unit. We love Antigua Village -

Myself and two adult family members stayed at the villa for a week, from July 30 to August 6 and we had an absolutely amazing time.
The grounds at Antigua Village are lush and lovely - perfect backdrop to take photos if you're into that!
The villa was the perfect size for a party of 3, and everything was as described in the listing. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived. We checked in after hours due to a delay on our arrival flight, but security on site was very helpful in getting us settled. Check out was painless as well.
A few things to note - there are lots of mosquitos! There is no screen on the balcony doors, so leaving them open for even a short time results in a swarm of mosquitoes getting inside. I suggest the owners provide citronella candles or netting for the beds - my sister woke up with awful mosquito bites pretty much every day.
As well, the beds are pretty lumpy - overall the furniture could do with an upgrade, but this didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.
Overall, we loved staying here and would certainly return. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

The beds are comfortable and the entire unit now has air conditioning. The view from the patio is spectacular. Everyone working for the complex helpful and friendly, including the availability of on property Covid testing. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with. We had another amazing 10 days and we will be renting this unit again next year.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. Literally 20 steps from a perfect beach and turquoise blue sea. It had everything we needed, WiFi was excellent,
Never tried the tv, who wants television in a place like this. Salt plage restaurant was ideal for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner and only steps away. We would not hesitate to return and hopefully one day I will. Reception was friendly and our daily maid service again was excellent. All in all a perfect holiday. Thankyou

We had a great time at this property. At first I was concerned there was no SC in the living room. But there was a fan and the AC I’m bedroom cooled sown whole apartment. The location and overall comfort of apartment were great. Host was also responsive. Would return.

Everything we had hoped for
After having to postpone twice, we were finally able to make it. Martina was extremely accommodating when were had to reschedule. The property was exactly as described and mere steps from the beach. This location was perfect and the beds were comfortable too. Had a blast and we are already booked for next year.

Great Location
If you want a place close to the beach, this is it. Spectacular views are visible from the porch. The apartment is clean and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and beautiful. We especially enjoyed walking up and down the beach. There was a nice swimming area in front of the property. As a side note, the waters became very rough and the waves came crashing into shore which we were told was rare but it still was fun to witness. There are three restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend the property. Communication with the owners was good too!

Excellent stay on possibly the best beach in Antigua. Very well appointed villa with great views. Having meals on a covered veranda was a huge bonus! Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you! All the best.

Little Bay Villa is a charming condo on the beach in a great community. Kitchen is well equipped. Housekeeping available everyday, Clean bath & beach towels at request when needed. Steps from the beach & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for an Antigua beach holiday.
The Dickenson Bay Villa at Antigua Village was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was great - both from being in Dickenson Bay and also being a sea-front unit. Antigua Village is in the middle of a beautiful mile long beach which was really nice. It was busy to the right and quiet to the left. We rented a car so nowhere was too far away but we did rely on GPS which worked well most of the time. There was a small convenience store as well as a woman that came by selling fresh fruit and vegetables right there. The large First Choice grocery store was a short easy drive and has everything you could ever want. We also went to the fish market in St. Johns which was fun. There were some good close options to eat but it would have felt a bit restrictive without getting out to eat outside the immediate area.
The unit was a bit dated and could use a bit of an update. Having said that, we felt it was great value and everything was clean and worked well. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location made up for any of the minor shortcomings.
The staff at Antigua Village weren’t the most friendly and helpful that we have ever encountered.
All in all though, we were very happy with everything and would have no problem recommending the unit. We would stay there again.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location
Spacious condo with a perfect view of the gorgeous ocean waters. Great location to walk to two beachfront restaurants. And, I'm talking about maybe 30 steps to one and just 20 steps farther for the other. A third restaurant within walking distance is directly across the road. Nice to have three good eating establishments that close by.
We had two water pressure issues, but maintenance responded almost immediately in both cases. Everyone at Antigua Village was so pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, steps from the ocean
We decided to stop in Antigua on our way to Dominica. We stayed for 4 nights and wish it had been longer. The apartment has everything you need and the location is perfect. We went swimming in the ocean a few times a day,. There is a nice sandy bottom, the water is warm and it was calm. We ate our breakfast and lunch out on the patio while watching the ocean. Dinners we ate out. At Coconut Grove, Anna’s and once we took a taxi to Stella’s and had a lovely meal there with a beautiful view of the bay and the sunset. It was easy to use taxis because we were here for such a short stay.
So glad we decided to make a stop over here would love to come back
