There was no breakfast
Location was about 10 mins walk to seafront
The room was good just needed a polish over as cobwebs were on the walls

Room was clean with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, right near centre fantastic location. Owners very polite, well stocked in the bedroom with bathroom essentials, toilet roll, towels, tea coffee excellent base and price for a short stay in Blackpool
Nothing all was well with my stay.
Would stay again

Probably 1 of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in in blackpool. Staff were very friendly although we only seen them when checking in.
There wasn't really anything not to like although if im being picky the room was a bit small but it was sufficient for us as we only stayed 1 night and were out all day
