Lovely hotel. Apartments are very spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you need. The pool is beautiful (so warm!) and food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff were helpful too. We'll be back!
The location is near the marina, approx 20-25 mins taxi from the malecon/main drag. Fine for us but others may like to be closer to the action as you need to take taxis everywhere.

Fantastic oasis of relaxation. Bedroom were huge and comfortable. The living room was really comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic! Having a restaurant and bar onsite is genius! We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning and burgers for afternoon snack. Super convenient for long days when you don’t want to go out for dinner. Spotless pool and pool deck. It was such a great hotel to come back to after a long hot day.

Excellent staff. This is an old condominium project that was turned into a hotel. Great, if you have a family. The rooms are huge, but a little overwhelming if you are traveling alone. Not bad, just cavernous. Breakfast was fun, poolside. And obviously, this works great as an overnight hotel for the airport. About 10 mins or less from airport.
Rooms are a little cold feeling. Concrete floors with vinyl tile. The food options are very limited for the evening. Anything is about a 20-minute walk away. Nice neighborhood though. Dog barking in the evening can get old.

I loved the studio with a view of the pool. It also felt more private. There was a kitchen/bar right below my unit. Delicious food and very reasonable prices of food and drinks. The staff work very hard and are so nice.
A bit far away from everything, but I liked the location for easy access to the harbor for excursions.

the hot tub was amazing in the morning, rooms where stunning and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

I thought the location for what we wanted was not great. it is close to the marina but a 30-40 minute taxi to the main areas such as old town/ zona romantica

Reception was friendly and did her best to assist me.
Likely perfect accommodations for a family however the kitchen has very minimal supplies and no condiments so one would have to shop for everything if you wanted to prepare a meal.
I arrived about 6 pm and was told the restaurant was closed and it was a 15 minute walk to another restaurant. The restaurant on site is only a small outdoor kitchen but they finally agreed to make me a quesadilla as I had been travelling all day and leaving on another flight early the next morning. I requested a glass of wine and was told I had to buy a bottle. The price quoted was $500 pesos. I was charged $800 and told I had misheard the price.

Nice clean rooms, lovely pool area, hot tub which was really hot and good bar open during the day. Quiet residential area but no restaurants in immediate vicinity you’d need to walk or drive.
I’d love to score this higher but we booked it based on it having a sofa bed in the living room for our 14 year old son to sleep on. There was only a sofa not a sofa bed. When I reception for bedding she bought pillow and sheets but wasn’t able to provide blankets so my son ended up sleeping under bath towels.
