The property is clean and spacious. It is near to T2 Tram station, easy to access to the old city centre and convenient for sightseeing.

Excellent communication, great courtesy. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the picture. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect.

The hostess Carla is fabulous. She was always available to answer any queries. The apartment D had exceptional aircon , was super comfy with plenty of space. The apartment had a modern feel but also lavished with lovely Florentine art. The little kitchenette was perfect for 1-2 complete with non-stick quality cookware. Hugh bathroom, blockout shutters, safety deposit box and seperate living area. Free expresso every morning and close to everything. I am a semi-active 50+ male and managed to walk to every major tourist site. Only a 15 min walk to the main SN Florence train station and the centre of historical Florence. Great value for money. Loved my 5 nights and hope to be back!

Nothing really. Wifi was good however a little slow at times if you plan on streaming movies.
