Service was amazing and collection from the airport was great. Plenty of great restaurants and street food a short walk from the hotel.
Easy connection to town using the subway.
Lovely facilities included.
Breakfast wasn't amazing but there was plenty of options nearby. - didn't have much impact on the stay.

Close to Baiyun Airport, and where I needed to be
Large rooms, big bathroom. Had all the amenities I needed
Carpet on the 2nd floor leading to the rooms. Very hard to pull suitcases on this

early check in as we arrived at early morning flight. flexible to changing complimentary breakfast to our first day as we would leave early for the following morning and would miss breakfast.

Room was spacious and very clean, bed was quite comfortable. Location is good, close to the airport with a free shuttle service.
Absolutely terrible internet that hardly worked and I felt very frustrated as I had to work on my layover. Staff didn't or couldn't help with it at all, and I had to purchase a lot of additional data than I had planned for to use the internet for a few hours.
