Great location, plenty of stores and restaurants close by and open late

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We have flight issues and they went above and beyond to help us.

It was a very easy location to navigate around Everything is walking distance (mall, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, marina…) Metro was also very close so that’s how we got around Istanbul and it was very easy and convenient We also felt that the neighborhood was safe, people were kind and hospitable, not everyone speaks english but it should he expected you’re in their country and not the other way around. Hotel staff was very kind and very accommodating and easy to talk to They made sure we were comfortable and helped with anything that we needed It’s not a luxury place to stay in but that wasn’t our goal in the stay anyways Everything we needed was there

The mini fridge wasn’t working in our room so we couldn’t put anything that needed a fridge in there but staff was kind to offer that they put them in the hotel kitchen We ended up making sure we don’t get stuff needing a fridge just to skip the hassle of leaving them out and asking for them later
