I enjoy our staying in Capuccino Apartments for a second summer season in a row. And plan to visit again. Clean and comfortable apartments stuffed with everything you need on a holiday. Every evening I enjoyed the sunset from my terrace sitting with a cup of tea. Grateful to always welcoming and helpful manager to resolve every problem we faced while staying!

Is very secure, very clean, elevator and parking.

There is no view on the balcony and at night the way to the hotel is dark, there is no street light, but the hotel has lights.

The room was clean and confortable and that's pretty much the best I can say about this property. Everything else was totally disappointing.

The air conditioner didn't worked and the room is not soundproofed as it says in the description. Having idiot guests above us it is not the location's fault, but they could attach silent materials on the bottom of the furnitures. So in case the idiot guests are constantly moving the furniture, will not cause concerns for the other guests under them. The room is simply not soundproofed and you can hear every word from the neighboor room. P.S.: The property does not understand how to solve problems in a professional manner. Excuses are not solutions. Repeating that a family has a child, that is not something I have booked for. To listen the noise that child is doing. The property maybe tought with a simple excuse the inconvenience is solved. Also I do not care if the air conditioner has been working the whole summer. I have not paid for the whole summer. I was interested to work the air conditioner on the days I have booked for. Didn't worked. The property is not in a position to decide when I require air conditioning or not. If so are staying the things, they should explain in the description that they like to lie about facilities. Just to mention that families with childs can bother other guests, mentioning there is no soundproofing and that time by time the air conditioning can broke. So the guests can have a better picture on what to expect. Talking about honesty but acting like an amateur, it is not the best way.

It is hard to find the place. I recommend to write down Rio Grande Hotel on GPS. The property is near this hotel. Also you should take care of dogs because one evening we have met one and was a little scary

The host was very helpful and kind to us, so were the cleaners. The property is cozy, the beds are good. It's a perfect choice for a family of 5. Great for its price.

It would be great if they clean the property a bit more often.

Clean, maintained and air-conditioned rooms with spacious bathrooms.

Soundproofing wasn't good enough, so at 9-10am was getting pretty loud. Still at nights there was complete silence :)

Location is good, pretty close to the beach, you have to walk like 10-15 minutes. The lady at the check in was kind. They also have lift that’s great. The apartment is really beautiful and modern, well equipped. The view from the balcony is not the best but we didn’t really care about that. It’s like an industrial area but it was quiet and not scary to walk at night.

The bathroom wasn’t even touched by the cleaning lady when we arrived, the soap and shampoo from the other guest were still in the shower. It wasn’t cleaned even a bit.
