The apartment itself is OK to spend a couple of nights in a perfect location.

The problem is that the beds and pillows are in very bad condition and extremely uncomfortable.

Great deal for money and value. The staff is very friendly, responsive and the location is in the heart of Alfama, transportation is convenient and it is near all main sightseeng spots. Don't miss to explore surrounding area and discover genuine spirit of old Lisbon.

The door of bathroom can't be closed and hopefully it could be fixed. Other than that it is well equiped and very clean apartment.

Good location in the Alfama district, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to most attractions in the city centre, as well as many bars/cafes/restaurants. Small but cozy apartment, in good conditions and well equipped also with kitchen and bathroom tools. Nice balcony with view on the roofs of the neighborhood.

Water leaking outside of the shower to the bathroom floor. In general it is a very small apartment, with risk of bumping into furniture (especially in the bedroom) and very limited storage space.

there was no place for sofa. Balcony was ascetic. Bathroom was unpractical.

very centrally located, nice little deck had everything you needed and Victor was right there to help if you needed anything.

our only problem was the shower you have to be careful as the water runs out of the stall and could go into bedroom if not careful

Location in the old city was excellente, closed to the restaurants with Fado music and a lot of turistic attractions to visit. The apartment was clean and had everything you need.

The bed was too small for 2 people :).

The stuff is doing a great job, very helpful and flexible. If you like to stay at the Alfama area for Fado and local couture, this is a great choice.

There is no setting area to relaxing and the bed is small for two people. I like the decor but don’t like the rusty sink in the bathroom.

The customer service is incredible. The staff always got back to me whenever I contacted and answered all my questions. I booked for my relatives, two of them traveled by themselves and they do not speak any English so the staff from the property helped them a lot during the stay. I was so glad and appreciated❤️

The location was great with lots of nice restaurants around. The apartment had everything you might want: a good shower, a place to sit in- and outside, cooking materials, fridge, etc.

The exact location was easy to find using the transfer service by Ricardo, but it's easy to get lost in Alfama. If you go there yourself, you can go into the very small opening left of Tasty Sushi and enter house no. 3. The comfort of the bench, bed and chairs was a bit limited but this can be very personal.

Clean apartment

* at first sight the neighborhood don’t seems very inviting, but at the end it resulted to be ok. the people was friendly and it was not noisy. *the apartment is fully remodeled and you can see the owner tried to take the maximum advantage from the little available space *the location of the apartment is good, you can get very easy to the city attractions from there by foot *you have a “mini supermarket” very close by *you can arrive to restaurants by foot *the owner is very friendly and answer very quickly. he also gives a lot of recommendations to enjoy the city * the apartment is “pet friendly”😍

*it is not possible to park in front of the apartment( the street is very narrow) , you have to park quite far. the way to the apartment is not pavemented and you have to walk up the stony hill, so if you have suitcases with wheels it can be tricky or for persons with mobility limitations (wheelchair) can be difficult to arrive there. *in addition to this, to arrive to the apartment you need to climb very narrow stairs , so again if you have too much stuff or have mobility limitations it can be a problem. *the heater in the bedroom was working but it was a bit noisy

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Little terrace with table and chairs and a nice view. Surprisingly bright in daylight. Water pressure was good - not always the case in Lisbon - and the shower was brilliant. Easy walking distance from nearest train/metro station. Quirky layout was fun.

Difficult to find, especially at night - needs clearer instructions, as gps only takes you close. Very narrow and steep staircase to the apartment - coming down the stairs with a heavy suitcase was a challenge.

great location for visiting Alfama and the rest of Lisbon. Very close (3 minutes walk) to the fado museum from where it’s a flat walk to the centre or you can get a taxi. alternatively turn the other way and you’re in the heart of Alfama.

Lisbon was cold when I was there and there’s one heater that doesn’t really get the heat around the flat. That wouldn’t normally be a problem except from November to February.

I liked the cosy apartment, the location was good, the host was polite. I really liked the check in service and I was good for two persons.

Really great location. Very helpful host who answered all my questions. The area is close to attractions and transport.

My wish would be to have a coffee maker or French press to start the day nicely.

The communication was great and the kitchen is very modern and well equipped. In total a very cozy place and starting point to discover Lisbon!

Location was very central abd there are tons of things to see and do in the area. Really enjoyed walking around in Alfama and the 24hrs parking place is also at a walkable distance for people with a car.
