The warmth of the people who works there, the amazing breakfast experience and the room’s aesthetic. Just take note that there is no elevator (it’s a 2-floor property), so luggages will need to be carried up the stairs. This is a pretty common arrangement for most hotels around Tbilisi I believe.

Great location and staff made it very easy to self check in at 4 am. Also gave us good dinner recs. We had a quiet room on the second floor with a comfortable bed.
Breakfast room is very tiny and awkward. Didn't like the breakfast. Also please provide two luggage racks in the room.

The hotel was artsy and had a great atmosphere. The design and the whole concept based around the community gave it a special uniqueness too. The room was built in a very practical way with everything you need, including hair dryer, mini fridge and wifi. The location was convenient to walk around and the breakfast was delicious - with amazing honey!
The bed was comfortable but quite squeaky so would benefit from an upgrade.

I loved the area and the vibe of this small boutique hotel. You really feel the best of the urban architecture - building kept its spirit, you feel its authentically and responsibly “hosting” the hotel.
