Everything. Staff unfriendly, some of trem even too rude, very disorganized and dirty, rooms and bedroom smelling bad, food bad, speacially the complimentary breakfast that they offer. And i could’t sleep the first night due to very loud noise from the neighbors room, peolpe talking too loud all night long, tv too loud, children crying and shouting all night. I had booked two nights but due to the horrible first night that i had i decide to book another hotel to spend one more night and i left very early In the first morning, when i told the Receptionist that i wanted to check out one day before she even didn’t ask the reason. She just told me: "Give me the Key”. And i even didn’t claim for my money back. I was very disappointed.

You can't be any closer to Morumbi stadium. While most of people are still leaving, you're already stretching in your bed. In-house food option, supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Subway Station 15 minutes walk. Simple basic comfy room.

Shared WC and shower only (be aware): imagine its state in the night. Poor sound isolation, ventilation and lightning. Spartan services and conditions.
