Pięknie położony ośrodek - w pewnym oddaleniu od lokalnej, głównej drogi. Domek trzyosobowy prosty, ale czysty, schludny i z niezbędnym wyposażeniem aneksu kuchennego. W cenie jest 2h dziennie basenu (sauna jest niestety płatna dodatkowo). Jest standardowy basen pływacki i bardzo ciepły basen relaksacyjny z hydromasażami. Na regenerację po wyprawach idealny.

Kilka minusów, ale nic istotnego i nie wpływa to na decyzję, by kiedyś wrócić. Śniadania są dość proste i na wyjeździe dłuższym niż weekend na pewno się znudzą. Suszarkę do włosów trzeba było pożyczyć z recepcji. Na kolacji nie było zapewnionych napojów typu woda czy herbata, które ekstra płatne.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house. The location is excellent, the house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Raňajky aj večere boli bohaté, vzdy sme si vedeli vybrať. Cez leto animátorky zabezpečovali pre detí celodenný program až do neskorej večere. Chatka bola super, mali sme súkromie a predsa všetko na dosah ruky. Vodný svet na relax a malým dieťaťom tiež dostačujuce.

Would be an excellent grade 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for bad ending. All around everything was good except the approach to the client.

At the check-out we were charged 126 euro for a dog despite no information about extra fees at the check in. Wouldn't be a problem if the information was presented from the start but wasn't. Also on the 1st of September and after that date the recreation center (pool, fitness, children's playroom, second restaurant etc. were closed) which is unacceptable if we are paying for the entire stay and also for these additional amenities. Additionally, when booking the cottage, we were supposed to get an entire private cottage to ourselves. Instead, we were assigned a semi-detached cottage with other guests staying inside, which also directly contradicted the booking details. Overall, we were willing to turn a blind eye to all these inconveniences, but the way we were treated at the very end led to this exact rating. Because of this, we cannot recommend this place, and if you do decide to stay here, we strongly suggest asking about every single detail upfront if you want to avoid disappointment. We left the cottage super clean and cozy because we always clean the space we rent while traveling with a dog but now we regret doing so because of a unexpected and unfair payment.
