Great communication, very friendly property manager! The location was close to the beach and very clean!

The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable.

This house was perfect and great. Loved everything about it.

The location was a short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Looks like they are remodeling a lot of the old houses.

When we arrived, the first thing we had to do was remove the 3in cockroaches from the floor. The house needs so much work. The garage was full of old junk and looks like storage of broken items. There were holes in the walls/ceilings. Will include pics. Had a boarded up skylight in bathroom. Lots of duct tape and holes. I realize we are in Florida but the daily ant invasion was ridiculous. The frig had missing/broken parts.

the whole set up was nice and spacious. 2 separate kitchens and living rooms. was perfect for our two families.

This would be an OK rental for a family (with kids) who spent most of their time at the beach and ate elsewhere.

There were CODE VIOLATIONS. Two of 3 light bulbs in the first bathroom were burnt out. NONE of the electrical sockets in any of the 3 bathrooms worked. (She told us but that's not the same as having them fixed). The KITCHEN(s) were a joke. The pots and pans--a rag tag assembly--were old, warped and God-awful. (Exception...a nice Slow Cooker). The handle on the big frying pan was broken and could have broken off--spilling hot oil everywhere, including on the person holding it. Here's the deal: for $200 or less, the kitchen could be stocked with decent cookware. If you plan to cook the majority of meals in-house...be forewarned.
