Very clean room, nice furniture and decoration. Also good location, a few minutes walk from the old Town. Highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious apartment an 8 minute uphill walk to the main entry of Taormina town. There is a small resident only parking area in front of the property which made it easy to unload and load our luggage and then you'll have to move to the paid parking garage about an 8 minute walk away. The host is lovely and very accommodating.

The bed was very firm and unfortunately the view from the balcony wasn't very pleasant (but not the owner's fault).

Cozy and clean apartment, fully equipped, about 8 minutes walk from the city center. The beach is accessible by bus, cable car, or on foot. Liliana was very kind and helpful. We will be happy to return.

Casa Gioia is an exceptional apartment and Liliana is superb host providing a top quality service. The property was phenomenally clean, the kitchen was well stocked (chopping boards, sharp knives, scissors, full cutlery set, coffee machine etc etc etc), 3 towels per person (body, hair, hand) and well considered furniture and artwork. A quick walk to the "tourist" street and Isola Bella, and you'll feel just like a local Sicilian in this beautiful apartment located in a quiet pocket of Taormina. We'll definitely be back!

Spacious appartement, great locality - close to centre and funicular to the beach

Very uncomfortable bed, the matress didn't fit the bed and felt like very old one...

We loved our stay at Casa Gioia with thanks to Liliana who was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is perfectly located within a few minutes from the old town and close to the gondolas that take you directly to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Liliana was very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, and even kindly drove us to the train station. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Taormina.

Liliana was very great host. Guided us to main attractions in Taormina and answered every question that we had. Apartment is central in Taormina (5 minutes away by walk from centre) and in a quiet area. Apartment was clean and cosy, with linen provided. Liliana also provided us with a welcome pack of water, milk, cornetto, jam and wholemeal rusks. Thankyou Liliana for your hospitality.

The apartment is located in a perfect area. You can walk directly to the beach via a very nice route. Back very helpful was the cable car, the station of which is right next to the apartment. It also takes a short while to get to the main street of the city. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The rooms were air-conditioned, a bit dark, but thanks to this, the apartment was pleasantly cool. The possibility of segregating rubbish was also a big plus. Check-in was also very pleasant, we felt taken care of. I heartily recommend a holiday in this apartment.
