Location and staff was nice!

Very old building and the elevator was not working - Everyone from the hotel needed to use a service elevator that was absolutely disgusting!

Nothing really

Start I stayed there before, 3 times : starting with breakfast it was terrible how can you not have orange juice; second not comfortable bed and pillows and terrible sheets; my bathroom looks like an old place terrible and broken toilet, please it is such a nice location, fix this property O go there often and like this location, construction on the room next door really? Not good.

This was the second time I visited this hotel in 7 months. The elevators are broken and the owner doesn't take any interest in fixing them or doing anything to modernize the hotel. The rooms haven't been renovated in maybe 30 years. The pillows and mattress are uncomfortable. I won't be returning. Tapioca wasn't served this time around because of the pandemic, although it was the first time I visited during the pandemic. No reason why they couldn't serve tapioca. Wifi was weak. When I called the front desk and asked for help with the WiFi, she promised to call me back, but never did. We were three adults and they only provided us with one key 🙄. The room only had 2 towels, cups and chairs even though we booked for three adults.
