Comfortable, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Everything you could need for a week's stay. Easy access to the centre of Cagliari by bus. The receptionist, Patrizia, helped me greatly when I had my documents stolen on the bus. She's a credit to Cagliari and to Residence Montegrappa. Thanks again, Patrizia!
The frying pan could be newer and it was rather annoying to have to buy something as basic as washing up liquid. No tea towels either. But these are quibbles.

Excellent facilities, well maintained and clean. Apartment was furnished with everything needed to cook.
The location is kind of far from the center, but it is very convenient if one has a rental car.

Comfortable place to stay. Apartament has about 50m, large bed, enough space in bathroom, kitchen completely equipped. Price is reasonable.
We have confirmed our arrival to this place and we were not late but no one waited for us, there was only piece of paper on the front door with call number. The reception guy doesn’t speak English at all and we were charged double for tax.
