Location, layout, amentities, size, comfy bed
Not very clean, no shampoo, no extra bin bags / toilet paper, no basic tea / coffee / salt / sugar even though the kitchen fully equipped.

Really nice location, close to the city centre, everything was close by on foot, and if you arrive by car, parking spaces were available under the window. The host was super kind and flexible with additional requests. We are really grateful for it! Everything was tidy and clean. The rooms were really quiet, you could not hear the "outside world" at all. Would recommend staying there. :)
Even though the mattresses were really nice and firm with a tidy smell of the sheets, the beds creaked at the slightest movement (like throwing your pajamas onto it), making sleep impossible. The pillows could have an upgrade too, they don't hold your head at all.

Location is great, it is in walking distance to the whole city. Bathroom was clean, bed sheets too. Price is adequate.
The bed was super shaky and squeaky. Every little movement led to shaking and squeaking which is supper annoying.
Bigger problem was the dust. Apartment looked like it was not cleaned in a long time (except bathroom, and sheets). Ceiling fan was covered in thick layer of dust which is build up over time (months I would say), shelves, frames of painting, in the corners, lamps, ... I hope it was just one flop, not permanent condition.
