1. The staff were polite. 2. The location is 2 mins away from Alexander Malinov Station. There a few entrances to the METRO, it better to ask the stuff the easy way to get the closest entrance, instead Google maps (only for this). 3. Not smoking allows inside the hotel. 4. They have hot water all the time despite the area was affected because they had of power cuts more than 20 days.

1. You have a small fridge in the room, but itself didn’t work. 2. In the bathroom, the shower didn’t move up and down (room 102) 3. They do not clean your room during your stay. E.g. not changing bins, not ask for clean towels or anything else. 4. If you want to use their washing machine and dryer is for about €30 which I think is very expensive, but they can do discount as they did to me. Like I said the stuff is very polite.

The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. While parking was a bit tight, the staff went out of their way to assist us. In fact, the owner and the entire team were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. When we ran into an issue with the AC, they immediately stepped in and tried multiple solutions to make things right. Breakfast was also fantastic! I love supporting small businesses that work this hard to deliver truly excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! There is a good store very close which was good for getting essentials like water and snacks under Hava Lounge.

If the shower area in the bathroom could be more isolated, it would be great.

Cheap Hotel

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was very small and the bed was not comfortable at all. The shower was broken and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was also not working, which made the stay inconvenient. Housekeeping was not good — towels and bed linens were only changed once a week, which is not acceptable for a hotel. The breakfast was also very limited with only a few items available. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet expectations, and I hope the management improves these issues for future guests.
