New Inn by Greene King Inns

Great shower, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was ok

We loved the comfort and spacious rooms

The noise of the boiler in our bedroom (room 35)

The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The restaurant food was quite limited to mainly burgers/pies etc. The absolutely best part of this hotel are the staff and restaurant staff, every single staff member I interacted with over my 3 day stay were so helpful and friendly, from the reception desk, to the bar to the housekeeping staff and cleaners. Once particular member of staff, Courtney, went over and above for myself and my work colleague, on two separate occasions. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was exceptionally helpful and also very friendly with it. She is an asset to the hotel.

The choice of food

For me the location was perfect, the food was nice, parking is easy and the room was comfortable. Due to an error in booking the receptionist (Courtney) was extremely accommodating and solved the issue.
