Lovely modern decor, clean, friendly staff, beautiful lakeside view. Ideal for getting into town and walking the lake. Superb sauna
Aircon seemed to struggle. Room was warm even with aircon at maximum cooling

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Overpowering scent in the reception and hallways.
Room was next to a family of three children, the only ones we saw in the hotel (nothing against children, but we had requested ahead for a quiet room).
No view, just a big tree blocking the light to the room.
Breakfast had a large selection but the eggs were very bland, with limited ingredients for the omelettes.
Safe needed to be reset upon arrival which took some time to resolve.

Location and the lake view from the room on the 4th floor were outstanding. It's a 5 minute walk to the lakefront and to the restaurants in the commercial part of Bled town. On-site bike rental is very convenient.
The room was too dark. The light switches were confusing. The carpet was stained. The air conditioning system was very old, noisy and we could not figure out how to use it.
Overall, the hotel is renovated but still feels dated.
Some of the front desk staff were nice, some were less.
Fruits and vegetables over breakfast were not fresh.
